The legal team for R. Kelly has been dealt a mighty blow in his Chicago pornography and obstruction charges. A judge has denied their request to ban jurors who had seen the Surviving R. Kelly documentary series. In the docu-series, accusers talk about R. Kelly's alleged crimes and feature over 50 accusers. According to NBC News, nine potential jurors say they've seen a portion of the series. R Kelly has already received a 30-year prison sentence in New York for racketeering and sex trafficking.
