Inflation is showing signs of slowing down - though prices are still going up. The latest data from the Commerce Department has consumer prices rising by 6.3% in the month of July - down from 6.8% in June. The biggest reason for the drop? Gas prices, which have been falling steadily for the last seven weeks.
