The job search website, FlexJobs conducted a survey of over 4,000 professionals. Here is what they found: 44% would definitely choose better work-life balance 19% would probably choose better work-life balance 15% would definitely choose better pay 16% would probably choose better pay 87% said having a remote or hybrid job improved or would improve their work-life balance.
