For the second year in a row, the life expectancy in the United States fell. It went from 77 years old to 76.1 years old. That is a decline of .9. The decline was mainly due to Covid but other factors are involved like unintentional injuries, heart disease, chronic liver disease and cirrhosis and suicide. The causes of death are preventable and one doctor recommends switching to a plant-based diet. Use plants to replace processed foods. Also, don't drink your calories away with sugary drinks and alcohol. Also focus on your personal mental health. Isolation during the pandemic has had a lasting effect on a lot of people. Also-exercise and/or getting outside is important.
