Pitchfork is reporting that Tory Lanez is being investigated regarding an alleged assault on August Alsina. Alsina claims Tory sucker punched him because he refused to dap him up or acknowledge him with a handshake. “We are aware of the allegations that the defendant attacked artist August Alsina and are investigating these claims. The allegations are serious and will be thoroughly examined,” a statement from the Los Angeles District Attorney read. TMZ reported Lanez was kicked off of the Fall Back In Love Comedy & Music Jam over the incident.
