Kanye West has agreed to buy right-wing social media network Parler, Parlement Technologies said Monday. Parler, a "free speech" social network, was created in Nashville, Tennessee, in 2018 and is most known for attracting Trump fans. It rivals Trump's “Truth Social.” “In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial, we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves," Ye, formally known as Kanye, said in the statement. Kanye’s Twitter and Instagram was restricted after the entertainer and entrepreneur expressed anti-Jewish views on the platforms. The deal is expected to be complete by the end of the fourth quarter.
