After Cardi B celebrated her 30th birthday recently, a recipe she raved about on TikTok is making the rounds again. Earlier this year, Cardi talked about an avocado jalapeno dip that was originally done by home chef Alfredo Garcia. The recipe consists of one 8-ounce block of cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, one avocado, one 10-ounce can of pickled jalapeños, the juice of two limes, 1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro, one tablespoon of black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 tablespoon of chicken bouillon. It makes about 8 cups. It doesn’t matter in what order you add the ingredients to your blender, but be sure to cut your cilantro (stems and all) and your avocado to help it blend better. The result is a creamy, spicy, smooth mixture that will go well with just about anything.
