DaBaby’s hit 'Rockstar' is allegedly a rip-off of Florida-based producer Craig Mims' song "Selena," according to Rolling Stone. Mims goes by the stage name JuJu Beats. Mims says he was in contact with DaBaby’s reps and label in 2019, and they had accessed the song over 40 times between late 2019 and early 2020. According to Mims’ lawyer, they tried to settle the lawsuit numerous times, but DaBaby’s reps nor label have responded.
