Congrats are in order for Nashville's own Kira Noir, who took home the AVN (Adult Video News) Award for best female performer! Kira actually made history with this award as she is the first black female in history to take it home. She took to Twitter soon after the awards to thank Brazzers and all of the "incredible performers who paved the way for this to happen," and went on to say that she would like "more black, brown, queer, and trans performers to get their flowers." From what I've been able to gather, Kira attended Overton High School, although that is not verified.
