Watermelon, Lime and Cucumber cocktail
- 4 oz Prairie Cucumber Vodka
- 4 (1-inch) cubes of seedless watermelon
- 2 limes, diced
- 2 oz simple syrup (Boil 1/4 cup water and sugar just until sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup ice to cool - refrigerate leftovers)
Rim with equal amounts of salt, sugar & fresh grated lime. Garnish with watermelon slice, cucumber slice & small mint sprig.
Blueberry Strawberry Mojito
- 3 tablespoons fresh blueberries, plus additional for garnish
- 2 fresh strawberries, diced, plus additional for garnish
- 10-15 fresh mint leaves (a small handful), plus additional for garnish
- 1/2 medium lime, juiced (about 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- Ice
- Club soda
Firecracker Punch
- 3 cups Cherry Cider , naturally-flavored*
- 1 cup Peach Nectar , naturally-flavored*
- ½ cup Lime Juice , freshly squeezed (approximately 4 limes)+
- 12 ounces Ginger Ale (1 can), chilled
- 50 Baking Cinnamon Imperials** (about ¾ of a bottle; found with the baking supplies)
- Lemon-Infused Vodka
Watermelon Blueberry Cooler
- 6 oz. watermelon puree
- 1 oz. blueberry vodka
- 1-2 lemon wedges
- ice
- blue sugar
White Wine Berry Sangria
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 1 cup lemon lime soda
- 1/2 cup raspberry vodka
- 1/4 cup brandy
- chopped strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
Gin & Tonic
This one is simple & a classic, but topped off with some blueberries & raspberries, it looks very festive!
