A Baltimore police officer is under investigation for coughing on residents in an urban neighborhood. In the video, shown HERE he responds to the residents giving him a hard by walking by them and coughing without covering his mouth. It is unclear whether the cop has tested positive for COVID-19 but 12 Baltimore cops have tested positive for coronavirus and more than 100 are reportedly still under quarantine. See the video HERE.
