Ticketmaster, which is a division of Live nation, tried to cover their butts during the COVID-19 crisis by retroactively changing its refund policy. The lawsuit claims the policy originally stated customers get a refund on ticket purchases "if your event is postponed, rescheduled or canceled.” However, it now says it'll only allow for refunds for canceled events. This is messed up in a number of ways, particularly due to the fact that no large gatherings are predicted to take place until fall of 2021.
