We can only imagine what may have been going through #ReneeSimon's head when she saw her ex boyfriend with his new boyfriend but whatever it was landed her in some big trouble! Simon is currently facing serious charges after she opened fire on the two of them in a drive-by shooting. She was arrested Sunday night (May 17) by Spartanburg police after a man reported that she’d shot at him and his boyfriend as they were arriving at the home. Authorities found two shell casings outside the home, but said, fortunately, no one was hurt in the shooting and no property was damaged.
The man told police that Simon was his ex-girlfriend, and she was apparently angry at him for moving on with his life and leaving her for another man. The victim also had proof of threatening text messages and videos from Simon that were sent prior to the shooting. She is charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of pointing/presenting a firearm, and two counts of possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
