A new survey from e-learning platform Preply places Music City as the eighth-friendliest in the U.S. The results were compiled by asking 13-hundred residents of the country's 25 most populous cities about the kind words and gestures commonly displayed by people in their communities. Austin, Texas was ranked as the country's friendliest city overall, with San Antonio; Columbus, Ohio; and Charlotte, North Carolina in a three-way tie for second.
