A former officer and veteran whom was dog sitting his daughter's two dogs he let out into his own backyard. The three dogs, one was his own, were suddenly over run by a swarm of bees after the neighbors beehive was accidentally knocked over, angering the bees. The dogs were completely covered from their necks to their snouts with bees. The owner was taken to the hospital to be treated. The larger dog survived the attack likely due to his thicker coat.
