Tyrese says he married his ex wife to keep her in the country

So Tyrese was doing a radio interview and said:

 “I appreciate you, I appreciate what we did, we had an angel. But I married you to keep you in the country.” He went on to note that he had to do what he had to do in order to keep his child in the United States.

“I never married you because I [wanted to be] happily married. You’re from London. I married you because we had a baby on the way, and I had to do whatever I had to do so that I’m not traveling all the way to London just to spend quality time with my baby” said Tyrese.

Damn Tyrese! Sheesh!
