If you're planning on getting an Airbnb for New Year's Eve you should know that there will be a new set of rules. Before you get a rental you should know that if you don't have a history of positive reviews you won't be able to rent a home on New Year's Eve. Airbnb has had strict guidelines over the past couple of years and because of those rules over 100 people have been turned away from renting properties through the service. Guidelines in other areas have also been implemented by Airbnb in other cities as well. So please check the rules before you attempt to rent.
