Now I know drinking and driving is a very serious matter not to be played with. People have lost their lives and family members to it.
So please don't think I'm joking about Drunk Driving.
But what I am saying is how the hell did Tiger Woods get a DUI, without alcohol thats like getting a murder charge without killing somebody.
