The House has approved a $8 billion Hurricane Harvey disaster relief as FEMA runs low on cash to help out.
The money means FEMA won’t run out of money this week but with a costly emergency response in Texas, devastating wildfires out West and Irma taking aim at Florida, the agency remains under tremendous financial distress.
