Usher's Male Herpes Accuser has some new Demands

Usher just can't seem to get rid of this.

I didn't purposely try to make a Herpes joke it just came out like that.

But you know a few months ago Usher was accused of having Herpes by a chick nobody even thought Usher would smash.

She ended up dropping the case.

Now Usher's male accuser is demanding Usher's Medical Records.

He is claiming that him and Usher had sex at a Los Angeles Spa!
