Third time was NOT a charm for Gunna. Sergio Kitchens aka Gunna was denied bond for the third time in his RICO case. Despite having been dropped from a portion of the indictment, the judge in the case is not convinced Gunna will not pose a threat. His last two bond hearings were denied over witness intimidation. The case goes to trial January 2023.
